Dashera2012 Kosambari Recipe
Ingredients
1 - carrot grated
1 - tomato finely chopped
1 - cucumber grated
2 cups - tied curds
2 tbsp - peanut crush
2 tsp - ground sugar
1/2 tsp - cumin powder
1/2 tbsp - coriander finely chopped
1/2 tsp - mint leaves finely chopped
1 tbsp - fresh beaten cream
1 tsp - oil
Method
Beat curds till smooth and thick.
Squeeze out water from cucumber.
Heat oil , add chilli, pressed down with a spoon.
Add to curds.
Add all other ingredients, mix well.
Chill for an hour before serving.
Serve chilled with parathas etc.
Making time: 25 minutes
Makes: 4-5 servings

2 tbsp - peanut crush
2 tsp - ground sugar
1/2 tsp - cumin powder
