Our goal is to ensure that our suppliers are doing the same and that we are working together to bring about change.

We know that many consumers are concerned about the impact that farming practices can have on the environment, and are often concerned with the impact that agriculture has on water use, soil erosion and biodiversity.

We are committed to creating a sustainable economy that is rooted in respect for nature and the land and that supports the livelihoods of farmers and their families. We believe that sustainable agriculture is about more than just how many acres we have.

To reach 100% organic certification, a dairy farm must have at least 50% less than conventional. Organic farms also make more money per ton of milk sold by increasing their product mix and improving the animals’ conditions to produce higher productivity for increased profits.

We believe this increases sales as customers can be assured that there is food quality in the products they are buying.
